Mediation and pre-suit settlement conferences are available in-person or virtually using Zoom or WebEx Videoconferencing.
​
Mediation and pre-suit settlement conferences may occur at one of the lawyers' offices, a court reporter’s office, or other agreed-upon location.
​
Once your booking is confirmed, email a copy of the Notice of Mediation or any correspondence between the parties confirming mediation or pre-suit settlement conference to Jennifer@FeldLegal.com.

Please submit any materials you want reviewed at least 48 hours in advance of your booking.
Fee: $420 per hour, split evenly among the parties unless otherwise agreed by all parties. There is a 3-hour minimum for all mediations, or $1260 total.
​Half-day mediations and pre-suit settlement conferences typically start at 9:30am and 1:30pm. Should you require an alternative start time, please indicate so in your Booking Request Form.

Full-day mediations and pre-suit settlement conferences occur from 9:00am - 5:00pm (including an hour lunch). Additional time may be requested.

For complex matters, please reserve a full day to ensure the best possible outcome.
